4-storey commercial property along Serangoon Road up for sale

Expression of interest ends on 7 March at 3 p.m.

A four-storey commercial building along Serangoon Road and within the proximity of Farrer Park MRT station in District 8 is up for sale with an indicative price of $20m.

In a statement, CBRE said that the 466 Serangoon Road property is on a land area of around 2,236 square feet and has a land tenure of 999 years from 1860.

The property has a total floor area of around 8,890 square feet including a covered walkway and a private carpark with three lots.

Foreigners are allowed to purchase the commercial property with no additional buyer’s stamp duty or seller’s stamp duty over the transaction.

The expression of interest closes on 7 March 2023 at 3 p.m.
