Savills has sold seven out of the 15 office floors at Solitaire on Cecil for $371m.

The units were sold at an average price of $4,325 per square foot (psf), setting a record for the highest psf price for office space in Singapore.

Notably, the last three floors of Solitaire on Cecil were sold at S$4,130 psf to S$4,200 psf or $51.48m to $55.15m per floor within three months, between April and June.

The largest transaction in the property amounted to $162.8m, which sold three floors to a single buyer.

Savills also put up for sale Visioncrest Orchard, a new freehold commercial building along Penang Road, featuring 10 floors of office space spanning 150,000 sq ft and one level for retail shops.

The property has a floor plate of around 14,5000 sq ft and houses Puma and Manulife.
