Cromwell EREIT rebrands as Stoneweg EREIT

Its SGX-ST trading counter codes will remain as CWBU and CWBC.

Cromwell European Real Estate Investment Trust has been renamed Stoneweg European Real Estate Investment Trust as of 2 January.

The trust deed, originally dated 7 September 2017, will be amended to reflect this change.

The trading counter codes issued by SGX-ST, CWBU and CWCU, will remain despite the rebranding.

Additionally, the registered name of the trust’s manager has been updated from Cromwell EREIT Management Pte. Ltd. to Stoneweg EREIT Management Pte. Ltd.
