Dover Drive site draws $951m top bid as URA tender closes

The land parcel is zoned for residential use with first-storey commercial space.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) closed the tender for the site at Dover Drive on 26 March.

URA received six bids, with the highest at $951m, translating to about $16,750.94 per sqm per gross floor area (GFA).

The land parcel is zoned for residential development with commercial space on the first storey and has a site area of 13,517.2 square metres (sqm).

Offered on a 99-year lease, it has a maximum permissible GFA of 56,773 sq m.

The authority said a decision on the tender award will be made after the bids are evaluated. The site was launched for public tender on 26 November 2025.
