Frasers Centrepoint ups stake in Frasers UK to 100% for $9.9m

It paid $9.9m for the transaction.

Frasers Centrepoint Limited (FCL) acquires 25% of the stake in Frasers (UK) Pte. Ltd., making the latter a wholly-owned subsidiary. Frasers UK was acquired for $9.9m.

According to an announcement, FCL previously held 75% of the paid-up shares in Frasers UK.

The joint venture (JV) between FCL and the vendor SQ International Pte Ltd in relation to Frasers UK will be terminated.
