JTC launches 2 sites under IGLS Programme

The properties are located at Tampines North Drive 4 and Tuas Avenue 18.

JTC Corporation has launched sites two sites under the Industrial Government Land Sales Programme.

In a statement, JTC said the first site is located at Plot 1 Tampines North Drive 4 with a site area of 1.84 hectares (ha) and a 30-year tenure. It is the second of the five Confirmed List sites under the programme for the second half of the year.

The tender for the site will close on 24 October at 11 a.m.

The second property is at 11 Tuas Avenue 18 which covers 0.40 ha with a 20-year tenure. The property was made available for application through the Reserve Listy System under the first half of the Programme. 

JTC received an application for the site to be put up for public tender with a committed bid price of at least $2.8m. The tender will close on 10 October at 11 am.

Interested parties may buy the Tenderer’s Packet for $181.90 each, inclusive of goods and services tax.
