Two sites launched under IGLS programme

The sites are located in Tampines North Drive and Jalan Papan.

JTC has placed two sites located in Tampines North Drive and Jalan Papan under the Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) Programme.

In a statement, JTC said the site at Plot 11a Tampines North Drive has a site area of 0.54 hectares with a 30-year tenure. The tender for the site will close on 19 September at 11 am.
The site is the first of five confirmed list sites for the second half of the 2023 IGLS Programme.

Meanwhile, the second site at Plot 5 Jalan Papan has a 20-year tenure and a site area of 0.56 hectares. The application for the site will close on 29 December at 11 am.

It is the last of the three Reserve List sites for the second half of the programme. A land parcel under the Reserve List system will only be released for sale if it secures an offer of a minimum bid price acceptable to the Government, JTC said.

JTC added that interested parties can buy the Tenderer’s Packet, inclusive of goods and services tax, at $181.90 each.
