Mapletree Non-Executive Director of the Manager resigns

Michael Thomas Smith has resigned to pursue other interests.

Mapletree Industrial Trust Management Ltd. announces the resignation of Michael Thomas Smith as a Non-Executive Director of the Manager with effect from 30 November 2023.

Smith has been on the post since 15 December 2019 and has resigned to pursue other interests.

The board which comprises 11 directors appreciates Smith’s contributions to the company.
