Negotiations on St Katharine Docks acquisition underway: CDL

The company clarified reports it has acquired London-based SKD.

The City Developments Limited (CDL) reported it is currently in talks with the seller regarding the proposed acquisition of St Katharine Docks in London, United Kingdom.

“The Company wishes to emphasise that there is currently no certainty that the SKD Acquisition will materialise,” the company announced.

CDL noted the acquisition is subject to satisfactory due diligence and negotiation on terms.

In addition, the company has also signed an exclusivity for due diligence and a non-binding Heads of Terms.
