Yangzijiang Shipbuilding to acquire office building at 39 Robinson Road for $399m

Yangzijiang Shipbuilding, through its 81%-owned entity Yangzijiang Realty, has entered a deal to acquire a 21-storey freehold commercial building at 39 Robinson Road for $399m.

The property has a gross floor area of 15,723.92 square metres.

In a bourse filing, Yangzijiang Shipbuilding announced that 9Co Parke and ICH Singapore had earlier taken up equity interests of 10% and 9%, respectively, in Yangzijiang Realty with the intention to jointly acquire the property.
