Alan's passion is the transformation of management and leadership orthodoxies and behaviours which treat employees and other stakeholders as human resources rather than resourceful humans.

Luca Turconi is the founder and CEO of Accelerance. An inherited entrepreneur, Luca's passion is at the intersection of business, entrepreneurship and learning. Luca's current work / research focuses on (1)- innovative ways to develop leaders from the corporate sector and (2)- what can organisations do to make the work context more inspiring for their people to work in.

Albert Kuo

As the Vice President of Asia Pacific for ExtraHop, Albert is responsible for the company’s growth strategy and driving customer and partner engagement in the region. His experience in APAC has spanned more than 20 years, leading teams at ArcSight, Hewlett Packard Enterprise Security, Blue Coat, and SailPoint. Earlier in his career, Albert worked on Wall Street as a derivatives sales/trader. Albert graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science, and earned an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Columbia Business School.

Aleetza Senn

Aleetza Senn is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Sparkline. Aleetza’s expertise lies in branding, strategy, marketing consulting, and organisational development. In her prior role at Google, she spent over nine and a half years in a range of customer-focused strategic roles and was one of the pioneers for Google’s office in the Asia Pacific region. Aleetza was the sixth person hired in Google’s Australia office and the first YouTube employee in the Asia Pacific region.

Alex Campbell

Alex is the managing director for Asia, leading Xero’s growth into Singapore, Hong Kong, Philippines and Malaysia and across the Asia region. Alex brings together a background in technology with a passion for helping small businesses grow and thrive. Prior to joining Xero, Alex was executive director, Asia at ASX-listed STW Group, responsible for corporate strategy, M&A and business development for Asia markets. 

Alex da Silva Curiel

Alex da Silva Curiel is International Head Business Development & Sales at Surrey Satellite Technology Limited. Alex holds a Master's degree in satellite engineering from the University of Surrey, and is a member of the IEE, IAA, and AIAA. He is the co-chair for the International Astronautical Congress small satellite symposium, and is part of a number of conference technical committees.

Kusto Group is a multi-billion-dollar industrial holding which invests in and produces innovative and reliable manufacturing products across multiple sectors, including agribusiness, construction materials, oil & gas, and real estate.
