He has more than 30 years' commercial experience working in strategic leadership roles across a variety of organisations ranging from start-ups to public companies throughout Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East, and the Americas; each role centred on helping clients succeed with solving talent challenges. Andrew also enjoyed a career serving as an Infantry Army Officer in a variety of operational theatres, teaching him the value of public service, leading people, operational planning and execution, achieving the mission and exceeding expectations.

Prior to FIS, Murray held leadership roles at Calypso Technology, WallStreet Systems, SoCX, and Deutsche Bank. At FIS, he focuses on helping financial institutions streamline operations, maximize technology investments, and enhance resilience in today's dynamic market landscape.

Andrew Sim
Andrew Sim is the CEO of J&T Express Singapore Pte Ltd. A proven industry leader, Andrew has more than 18 years of experience in aviation and logistics. Throughout his career, he has also served in the Republic of Singapore Airforce as a C130 Senior Airframe Specialist.
Prior to taking on his role at J&T Express, Andrew was co-founder of SimplyPost Asia Pte Ltd. He was instrumental in growing the business from its establishment; building its operations and software development capabilities which were integral in ensuring a successful acquisition by J&T Express Group in July 2019.
Andrew spent over 14 years in Pacific – Airlift (Singapore) where he moved from managing the company’s business development, sales, marketing, and corporate services, to leading the organisation’s business and network development within the region. During this time, he was instrumental in setting up the Global Charter Alliance, the world’s first formal alliance of charter brokers.
Andrew’s various roles have seen him play integral roles in projects such as disaster response to oil rig incidences, humanitarian aid, and transport solutions for peak seasons.
A seasoned traveller who has worked with organisations across the world spanning global logistics companies, government agencies and oil and gas companies, Andrew has developed a distinct understanding of various cultures which enables him to foster and strengthen key relationships with international partners.
Andrew received his Bachelor of Business majoring in Marketing and E-commerce from Edith Cowan University, Perth Australia in 2003.
Andrew Talbot
Andrew’s career started in a London based financial advisory firm before moving on to work for one the top UK financial advisors within a UK based wealth management firm. He has spent three and half years in Malaysia for an international wealth management firm and has been in Singapore the last four years working for Globaleye International Wealth Solutions. He is a fully qualified Financial Adviser in Singapore as well the UK.
Andrew Tan
As the Managing Director of JOS Singapore, Andrew Tan spearheads JOS business and operations in Singapore, leading the company’s transformation and growth. He took up this position in 2016, bringing with him more than two decades of business experience in the technology field, blending his technology expertise with his strong business acumen.
Prior to JOS, Mr. Tan held several Senior Sales and Business Management roles in multi-national companies including NEC, IBM and Cisco. He has a proven record of bringing excellent results and values to businesses through innovation and strategic alliance. Andrew has also been successful in leading teams through organisational change initiatives.
Mr. Tan holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Computer Science with Management from The Open University in the UK.
