Andy Sim is Vice President & Managing Director, Singapore for Dell Technologies. He oversees the company’s growth and operations in Singapore, with primary responsibilities for leading the sales strategy, go-to-market, business development and enhancing relationships with customers across public and private sectors, partners and alliances.
Andy has over 30 years of industry experience with global companies including Dell Technologies, Samsung, Cisco Systems, Silicon Graphics, 3M and Hewlett-Packard. His unmistakable passion, coupled with experience across a wide range of regional leadership roles, puts him in a unique position to drive the business in an ever evolving and
dynamic technology landscape.
He has held multiple roles at Dell Technologies in the last eight years, most recently heading up the corporate, enterprise and public sector business in Singapore. Andy has also led the enterprise solutions business in South Asia1 and Korea and the networking business across Asia-Pacific and Japan, making him well versed in priority technology areas including hybrid cloud, edge, telecom, AI and as-a-service offerings.

Angie Tay is Chief Operating Officer of Singapore-based TDCX, a global customer experience firm serving industries from technology and social media to e-commerce, fintech, and healthcare. With over 20 years in the contact center industry, she has led TDCX Singapore to multiple regional and international awards since 2005. She also served as Vice Chairman of the Contact Center Association of Singapore and was part of Republic Polytechnic’s School of Hospitality Advisory Committee.
Anh Pham
Anh is Transfer Pricing Director for Deloitte Singapore Tax & Legal. She has more than 10 years of experience in Transfer Pricing (TP) with Big Four firms across SEA countries.
She has advised companies including multinational companies and local conglomerates in reviewing and/or designing restructuring models including operational model, functional model and transactional (or TP) model taking into account their commercial considerations and objectives in the context of increasingly complex tax and transfer pricing environment, reviewing cost sharing models, value chain transformation, developing pricing policies with profit alignment and TP strategies, Mutual Agreement Procedures (“MAP”) and Advance Pricing Agreements (“APA”), and preparing core TP documentation and managing global / regional TP documentation. She also has experience in advising multinational companies with their TP planning and defending their TP arrangements in TP audits.
Her experience spans across various industry groups such as electronics, retail, pharmaceuticals, real estate, logistics, insurance, consumer goods, foods, garment, tobacco, oil and gas, and other service sectors.
Anh obtained Masters of Business Administration at University College of Dublin, Dublin, Ireland. She is also a member of the UK Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Anika is a qualitative researcher at NeedScope International, part of WPP's Kantar Group. She has consulted on brands across Australasia, Europe, and APAC. Prashant is a Business Director at Brandscapes Worldwide Consultancy. He has been selected by the European Association of Consumer Research as one of their top 30 marketing researchers.
