Citi Singapore nets ex-DBS COO as new CEO

She is also the new wealth head for the South Asia cluster.

Citi has appointed Yeo Wenxian as the CEO of Citibank Singapore Limited, effective 1 November.

Yeo will also take over new head of wealth for Asia South.

She joins from DBS, where she had worked for 13 years, most recently as head of Treasures Singapore.

Yeo had also served as the head of retail customer segment, head of POSB, and head of Distribution for DBS. In these roles, she drove customer-centric solutions and spearheaded DBS’ branch transformation strategy. 

She was also DBS’s Singapore Chief Operating Officer and a member of the strategic advisory team within DBS’ Institutional Banking Group.

She graduated from Brown University and joined J.P. Morgan’s investment banking division in 2000.
