Temasek to acquire NTUC’s MoneyOwl

Temasek will use MoneyOwl to enhance financial services for target communities.

Temasek has signed an expression of interest (EOI) with NTUC Enterprise to acquire MoneyOwl.

MoneyOwl is a financial services platform currently owned by NTUC.

Temasek will also acquire MoneyOwl’s financial planning intellectual property and technology platforms.

The proposed acquisition is subject to regulatory approval.

Through MoneyOwl, the investment company will develop financial products and solutions for workers, gig workers, and youths.
