OUE Limited narrows loss to $279.1m in 2025

It was mainly due to the absence of fair value loss and lower finance expenses.

OUE Limited has narrowed its loss attributable to shareholders of $279.1m for the financial year 2025, down from a loss of $286.8m in FY 2024.

It was mainly due to the absence of fair value loss and lower finance expenses, partially offset by a higher share of losses from the group’s associated company.

Revenue for the year also decreased by 4.6% year on year to $617m in FY2025 due to lower contribution from the Real Estate segment, which declined by 7.7% YoY to $412.4m.

Also, revenue from the Investment Properties and Fund Management and Hospitality divisions declined by 7.4% and 4.4% YoY, respectively.

However, the Healthcare segment grew 0.3% YoY whilst the Others segment rose by 9.8% YoY.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

If you've been wondering whether SBR could work for your company — yes, probably.

A lot of the companies we partner with started as readers. They'd been following our coverage for a while, saw their own customers and competitors in it, and eventually asked the obvious question: could we do something with you? The answer is usually yes. The shape of it depends on what you're trying to do.

The options are broader than most people assume — thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. Some partners use one channel; most use a mix. We figure out the right combination by starting with your brief, not with our rate card.

So if the question has been on your mind, here's the easy way to ask it.

We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how. It's a better use of everyone's time.
