Pasture Holdings raises $5m in SGX Catalist debut

All 20 million placement shares offered by the company were subscribed.

Local medical supplies company, Pasture Holdings has debuted on the SGX Catalist, trading under the stock code “UUK.”

The company’s shares commenced trading on a “ready” basis on 9 June at 9 a.m.

Mohamed Nasser Ismail, global head of Equity Capital Markets, SGX Group, welcomed the company to the Catalist, saying: “Pasture Holdings has earned a reputation for high-quality standards in their medical services and products…Today, we are delighted to mark their listing with us.”

In a separate bourse filing, Pasture Holdings announced that the 20 million placement shares it offered for its Catalist listing were “validly subscribed.” It raised $5m from the placement shares.
