Banyan Tree’s profit jumps 45% in H1

Operating profit increased to $43.3m.

Banyan Tree Holdings Limited’s profit attributable to shareholders jumped by 45% year on year to $9m during the first half of the year.

During the period, operating profit increased to $43.3m, whilst a 15% YoY growth in revenue was recorded across all business segments.

The company said it was further bolstered by $168.8m in residential sales, and 10 new agreements signed in the year.

Additionally, 10 new management contract signings were secured across Vietnam, Cambodia, Montenegro, Indonesia, and China.
