Marriott International, IOI Properties Group join hands to bring W brand to Marina Bay

W Hotel - Marina View will open in late 2028.

Marriott International has partnered with Malaysian property developer, IOI Properties Group, to bring the W brand to Marina Bay.

Currently, Singapore has one W brand hotel located in Sentosa Cove.

The new W hotel, which will be called “W Singapore – Marina View,” will have 350 rooms.

The hotel will debut at the site of a 51-story mixed-use development. Perched atop the hotel will be Marina View Residences.

Marriott International plans to start construction of the development by the end of 2023 and begin operations of the hotel in late 2028.

Architects 61 and Hachem Design will lead the development of the hotel.
