Singapore Tourism Board and Agoda renew pact to boost city tourism

Local attractions will offer discounts and perks on Agoda as part of the partnership.

Through a memorandum of understanding (MOU), the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) and Agoda renewed their partnership to promote Singapore as a premier destination in Southeast Asia through the "Reason to Travel" campaign.

The strategic partnership enhances the travel experience in Singapore by introducing visitors to the city's array of attractions and activities.

Under the MOU, Agoda and STB will pool their marketing resources to enhance travel experiences, boosting Singapore’s global appeal as a must-visit destination.

The partnership between Agoda and STB, established in 2022, has attracted visitors to Singapore with diverse and affordable accommodation options.

In the first phase of the partnership, local Singaporean brands and attractions like Bee Cheng Hiang, Gardens by the Bay, Jewel Changi Airport, PAZZION, and Sentosa Development Corporation will provide exclusive perks and discounts on the Agoda platform.

The partners will also roll out co-branded marketing and targeted digital campaigns to attract visitors, stimulate spending, and promote return visits.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.
The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.
If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
