Education sector ad spend more than doubles in H1
Digital websites were ranked as the top industry with the most advertising spend.
Advertising spend by the education sector more than doubled in the first half of 2025, marking the sharpest growth across all industries in Singapore, according to data from Nielsen Ad Intel.
Spending by education-related advertisers rose by 118% compared to the same period in 2024, outpacing all other categories in a media environment shaped by digital transformation and shifting consumer behaviors.
The report ranks digital websites, government services, and education as the top three industries by advertising spend for H1 2025. Notably, digital websites also recorded a significant 85% YoY increase.
Other high-spending categories included banking and investment, computer, retail, and telecommunications.
