NTUC launches new program to boost SME transformation

SME’s can tap into the NTUC CTC Grant, which covers up to 70% of qualifying costs.

The National Trades Union Congress has launched the SME Partners Multiplier Programme to support small and medium-sized enterprises in their transformation.

Partners include participating industry associations, trade bodies, and business clans, collectively called multipliers

Through the programme, the multipliers will help more SME workers access training and upskilling opportunities, whilst allowing employers to tap into grants and digitalisation.

SMEs will also gain access to joint capability-building and transformation initiatives developed under the NTUC Company Training Committee framework.

Further, they can tap into the NTUC CTC Grant, which covers up to 70% of qualifying costs for workforce and business transformation projects.
