SP unveils HCC platform for job redesign and AI adoption
Key areas include leadership development and fair work practices.
Singapore Polytechnic (SP) has launched the Human Capital Collaboratory (HCC) to support companies in adopting artificial intelligence (AI) tools and building workforce capabilities.
The platform will follow a four-step process covering business challenges, work redesign, human capability development, and sustained business value.
Companies will also receive support in AI-enabled solutions, continuing education and training pathways, leadership development, and fair workplace practices.
The work will be delivered through consultancy by SP staff, student projects, and industry pilots.
The initiative was introduced at HR Learning Fest 2026.
Lucas Tok, director of SP’s School of Business, said companies would need to redesign work alongside adopting AI to ensure employees could apply new technology in their daily roles.
“Through HCC, SP will bring education, industry and partners together to turn transformation intent into practical action and sustained business value,” Tok added.
