AI support tops Singapore Budget 2026 business approval at 73%

Internationalisation measures rank second in business support.

Seventy-three percent of businesses state that the Singapore Budget 2026 addresses support for artificial intelligence adoption and deployment, ranking highest amongst the categories, according to a Singapore Business Federation report.

Measures for internationalisation, market diversification, and trade resilience received approval from 48% of respondents, whilst efforts to address business costs followed at 39%.

Financing and access to capital received a 24% approval rating. Support for hiring and training senior workers and developing the local workforce both stand at 20%.

Corporate volunteering support received 12%, whilst measures to help businesses decarbonise received the lowest rating amongst the categories at 5%. One percent of respondents cited other measures.
