Azeus’ FY2025 earnings surge 96% to $13.6m

Revenue rose 44% YoY.

Azeus’ net profit for FY2025 nearly doubled to $26.7m (HK$166.9m), rising 96% year-on-year (YoY) from $13.6m (HK$85.0m) a year ago.

The increase was driven by a 44% YoY growth in revenue to $76.0m (HK$474.8m) from $52.6m (HK$328.9m) in FY2024, mainly due to strong growth from Azeus Products.

Azeus Products accounted for approximately 83% of the group’s total revenue, rising 55% YoY to $62.7m (HK$391.8m), driven by product license revenue from Convene and Convene Records, as well as implementation services revenue under the CERKS contract.

Meanwhile, the remaining 17% was attributable to the IT Services line, which grew by 10% YoY to $13.3m (HK$83.0m).

Recurring revenue from maintenance and support—part of IT Services revenue and accounting for 11% of total revenue in FY2025—also rose to $8.5m (HK$53.0m), representing approximately 64% of IT Services revenue.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

If you've been wondering whether SBR could work for your company — yes, probably.

A lot of the companies we partner with started as readers. They'd been following our coverage for a while, saw their own customers and competitors in it, and eventually asked the obvious question: could we do something with you? The answer is usually yes. The shape of it depends on what you're trying to do.

The options are broader than most people assume — thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. Some partners use one channel; most use a mix. We figure out the right combination by starting with your brief, not with our rate card.

So if the question has been on your mind, here's the easy way to ask it.

We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how. It's a better use of everyone's time.
