Digital Realty to test 150kW AI cabinets in Singapore lab

Innovation lab targets AI, hybrid cloud pilots.

Digital Realty has expanded its Digital Realty Innovation Lab programme to Singapore, giving customers a supported environment to validate AI and hybrid cloud deployments before scaling.

The company said the labs are designed for real-world testing, including high-density colocation that can accommodate deployments of up to 150kW per cabinet.

In Singapore, the lab is set to operate as a regional innovation hub that brings together customers, partners, research institutions, and global technology providers to develop, test, and deploy AI and hybrid cloud solutions.

The Singapore and Japan labs are expected to be available for customer and partner use this year, following the launch of the inaugural Digital Realty Innovation Lab facility in Northern Virginia in Sept. 2025.
