Level3AI raises $16.6m to expand enterprise AI platform

The funding will scale voice and chat automation across Asia-Pacific markets.

Singapore-based startup Level3AI has raised $16.6m (US$13m) in seed funding led by venture capital firm Lightspeed.

Capital from the funding will be used for continued research and development investment, as well as market expansion across the Asia Pacific region, the company said in a press release.

Founded in July 2024, Level3AI develops enterprise-grade AI agents for comprehensive customer engagement across voice, email, and chat.
