Majority of Singapore IT leaders expect major AI boost

Benefits include product service innovation (85%).

The majority (89%) of Singaporean information technology leaders agree with the use of artificial intelligence, according to a Confluent report.

However, businesses currently face challenges when working with data, including uncertain data timeliness or quality (72%) and uncertain data lineage (67%).

Moreover, key business priorities include continuous and up-to-date business visibility (86%), followed by effective management of data sovereignty (85%).

Further, 90% indicate that data streaming platforms (DSPs) are critical or important to achieving their data-related goals,with 87% considering DPSs an important strategic priority.

Benefits of employing data streaming platforms include product service innovation (85%), faster time-to-market (85%) and increased revenue (83%).
