Singapore emerges as top APAC market in global data centre report

Globally, Singapore was third place in the data centre segment.

The Lion City ranked first APAC market to be included in Cushman & Wakefield Global Data Center Market Comparison.

Along with Hong Kong, Singapore was the only city outside of the US to be included in the top 10 global rankings.

Top markets were Northern Virginia and Portland. Atlanta, Chicago, and San Francisco Bay Area all tied in ranks. These markets were followed by Dallas, Phoenix, and Seattle. 

The rankings look into fibre connectivity, power cost, and environmental risk worldwide.
