Over the past year, 51% of IT leaders have experienced a data breach.
In Singapore, 96% of IT leaders report making compromises when it comes to securing IT infrastructure, higher than the global average of 91%, Gigamon reported.
In the last 12 months, over half or 51% of IT leaders in Singapore have experienced a data breach, with 25% having detected it due to their organisation's information being leaked on the dark web.

Singapore IT leaders said their top compromise was securing the fast-growing number of OT/IoT devices, followed by gaining full visibility into data moving across their hybrid cloud systems.
They are also concerned about public cloud security and the lack of corporate governance surrounding AI adoption.
Gigamon surveyed over 1,000 security and IT leaders across Australia, France, Germany, Singapore, the UK, and the US.
