AIA Singapore posts 14% VONB growth in FY2025

Annualised New Premium (ANP) rose 23% to $1.4b (US$1.128b).

AIA Singapore reported a 14% increase in Value of New Business (VONB) for FY2025, driven by growth across both its agency and partnership channels.

The company has also seen strong growth in the affluent and high-net-worth segment, contributing to a 31% rise in partnership VONB.

Annualised New Premium (ANP) rose 23% to $1.4b (US$1.128b), whilst the VONB margin edged down to 47%, reflecting a shift toward unit-linked long-term savings products as the company targets the wealth segment.

Total Weighted Premium Income (TWPI) grew 16%, supported by overall business growth.

Operating profit after tax for FY2025 increased 5% to $925m (US$721m).
