SG Insurance Institute reveals new council for 2023-2024

The SII’s new president is Sunny Verma.

The Singapore Insurance Institute is pleased to announce the newly elected council for the 2023-2024 term. 

The members of the new council for the 2023-2024 term are as follows:

  • President: Sunny Verma
  • Vice President: Lee Pit Wen
  • Immediate Past President: Jeslyn Tan
  • Treasurer: Wina Marita
  • Council Members: Benjamin Ang, Jeanette Lim, Suang Wijaya, Summer Montague, Tay Si Wei

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 31 July. During the AGM, elections were conducted to form the new council, which will play a crucial role in guiding the organisation's direction over the next term.

The Singapore Insurance Institute is a members’ institution for professionals in insurance and financial services with the mission to promote professionalism in insurance and financial services. 

It is a non-profit organisation governed by a council comprising elected members and co-opted representatives from various sectors of the insurance and financial services industry.
