Singlife boosts digital capabilities through partnership

Its collaboration with Qlik aims to elevate customer service and deliver better digital financial services.

Singaporean financial services, Singlife, announced a partnership with Qlik to enhance its digital capabilities and analytics. This collaboration aims to elevate customer service and deliver better digital financial services.

Singlife employees will leverage Qlik's cloud data integration and visualisation tools to access real-time, 360° customer insights, streamlining claim processes and call centre service inquiries. 

Singlife said the partnership has led to a 35% reduction in data analysis costs and improved efficiency in the claims process.

Aligning with its cloud-first strategy, Singlife plans to migrate its business analytics infrastructure to the cloud in 2024, positioning itself among the first in the ASEAN region to fully transition its business intelligence solutions to the cloud.

Qlik Cloud provides Singlife with AI-powered data integration and analytics solutions, enabling analytics-infused insights for both customers and employees. 

The move to the cloud will unlock value and actions, such as streamlined claim resolutions and enhanced service delivery.

Singlife will leverage Qlik's Singapore cloud region for local data storage and deployment, ensuring optimal operational performance, data compliance, and cost savings.
