Sun Life expands private health services to HNW market

High-net-worth clients in Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan will have access to US-based PinnacleCare.

Sun Life has announced the extension of its services to High Net Worth (HNW) clients in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan, providing them with access to PinnacleCare's tailored private health advisory services. 

PinnacleCare, a US-based company under the Sun Life group, offers personalized guidance and access to leading medical experts, cutting-edge research, and state-of-the-art treatment options. Beyond conventional medicine, their services include support in securing appointments with specialists.

HNW clients in the mentioned regions can now avail themselves of PinnacleCare's Premier Access program at a significantly reduced rate.

Additionally, new HNW clients meeting specified thresholds can enjoy complimentary Premier Access and a 2-hour virtual consultation with Dr. Miles Varn, Chief Medical Officer of Sun Life U.S. and CEO of PinnacleCare.

Varn brings extensive experience, having developed relationships with global medical centres. He introduced PinnacleCare's VirtualConnect program, connecting clients with expertise from over 25 academic institutions worldwide. 

With a background at Inova Fairfax Hospital, Varn is a member of prominent medical organizations and holds a medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine.
