Abrdn loses AEM's substantial shareholder status after share disposal

The transaction brought its stake in AEM down to 4.818%.

Abrdn Holdings, a substantial shareholder of AEM Holdings, has disposed of 649,300 shares via market transaction.

The shares were sold for $985,507.54 or $1.52 per share.

Following the transaction, Abrdn will cease to be a substantial shareholder of the company with its deemed interest of 5.025% decreasing to 4.818%.
