Aztech unit sells Johor property for $8.73m

Upon completion of the sale, Aztech will report a net gain of $4.15m (RM13.7m).

Aztech Global’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Huuve Sdn. Bhd, has sold its property in Gelang Patah, Johor, Malaysia for $8.73m (RM28.75m) to an independent third party.

The property has a land area of about 8,092 square metres (sq. m.) and a built-up area of approximately 10,304.8 sq. m.

Aztech said that the property has remained vacant following the group’s successful consolidation of its operations at its manufacturing facility located in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia.

Upon completion of the sale, Aztech will report a net gain of $4.15m (RM13.7m).
