Grand Venture Technology gains approval for Malaysia subsidiary strike-off

The approval was made by the CCM on 10 March.

Grand Venture Technology (GVT) has received approval from the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) to strike off a wholly-owned dormant subsidiary.

The strike-off application was made on 22 November 2024 and was approved by the CCM on 10 March.

Grand Venture Technology (Penang II) (GVT PG) has not commenced any business or operations since incorporation.

The strike-off is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings per share and net tangible assets of the GVT for FY2024 and FY2025.
