Popiah King Sam Goi's son named PSC Corp CEO
Goi Kok Ming transitions from a non-executive role to lead group operations.
PSC Corporation Ltd. has appointed Goi Kok Ming as CEO, re-designating him as executive director, effective 5 May.
The board approved the move following a recommendation from its nominating committee, which assessed his qualifications, experience, and familiarity with the group’s operations, according to a bourse filing on 9 April.
He is the son of the company’s executive chairman and substantial shareholder, Goi Seng Hui, known as the ‘Popiah King’.
In his new role, he will oversee the company’s overall business activities, including planning, directing, and controlling operations, as well as executing group strategy and objectives.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from California State University, Pomona.
His past roles include chief operating officer and executive director at GSH Corporation Limited, as well as directorships in several listed and private companies.
Goi currently serves as a non-executive and non-independent director of the company.
