Sri Trang Gloves widens loss by 10.1% YoY to ฿42.3m in 4Q23

The company recorded a loss despite posting an 11.5% YoY jump in sales revenue.

Despite achieving a record sales volume of 8.8 billion pieces, SGX-listed Sri Trang Gloves still widened its loss in 4Q23 by 10.1% YoY to ฿42.3m ($1.6m).

In 4Q22, the company’s loss was ฿38.4m ($1.43m).

The company recorded a loss in 4Q23 despite posting an 11.5% YoY jump in sales revenue to reach ฿5.3b ($197.4m).

Despite the loss, the company’s board declared a dividend at ฿0.50 ($0.019) per share. 

“The payment will come from retained earnings and the proposal will be put to the vote at the annual general meeting of shareholders in 2024,” the board said.
