Sunpower to pay $3.27m on 7% convertible bonds

Record date set for 23 March 2026.

Sunpower Group Ltd. will pay $3.27m in interest on its 7% convertible bonds due 2030, based on an aggregate principal amount of $93.78m, according to a press release.

The Register of Bondholders will close at 5 p.m. on 23 March 2026 to determine entitlement, and bondholders whose securities accounts are credited with the bonds at that time will receive the payment on 6 April 2026.

Conversion notices must be submitted by 5 p.m. on 16 March 2026, and the company will not accept notices from 17 March 2026 to 6 April 2026, according to the press release.
