Check out how media network Ksubaka turned an old colonial building into a vibrant office

A groundbreaking digital technology completes the office.

In the heart of the business district, sandwiched between Telok Ayer and Chinatown, is a newly launched office by in-store media network Ksubaka.

Spread over three floors, the office encompasses the vibrant yellows, pinks and greens of the Ksubaka brand.

The office has one formal meeting room on the ground floor with extra breakout areas and a large dining space for more informal catch-ups. The upper 2 floors contain the entire Singapore team including, tech, sales and marketing, and a generous number of hot desks for the international Ksubaka team.

Completing the office is a ground breaking digital technology where brands, retailers, and agencies can demo the playSpots and imagine their next in-store campaigns.

Designed by Yann Follain of WY-TO Architects, the building’s original character has the old colonial design as the team wanted to pay respect to Singapore’s heritage. At the same time, they also wanted to communicate the technological aspect of what Ksubaka does.

According to Ksubaka’s CEO and founder Julian Corbett, the previous state of the building meant that they had to strip back to the bones and create the office from just the core foundation.
