Freehold Kitchener Road shophouses hit market for $28m

It occupies a combined freehold land plot of about 2,713 square feet.

A pair of adjoining 2-storey freehold conservation shophouses with a 6-storey rear extension at 155 Kitchener Road is up for sale for $28m, according to CBRE.

It occupies a combined freehold land plot of about 2,713 square feet and an estimated total floor area of 8,175 sq ft.

The shophouses also have a main road frontage of approximately 11 metres and are zoned “Commercial” with a Gross Plot Ratio of 3.0 under the Jalan Besar Conservation Area.

The ground floor is currently occupied by a restaurant, whilst the upper floor units are currently tenanted to a fitness centre and offices.

The sale will be conducted via an Expression of Interest exercise, which will close on 11 June 2026, at 3 p.m.
