Jardine Cycle & Carriage appoints new Group Finance Director

Fredy Lee will succeed Amy Hsu, who will serve as CFO of Astra International in Indonesia.

Jardine Cycle & Carriage Ltd (JC&C) has appointed Freddy Lee as its new Group Finance Director, effective 1 November 2025.

He will succeed Amy Hsu, who will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer at PT Astra International Tbk, pending shareholder approval in November.

Lee has been serving as JC&C’s Interim Group Finance Director since June 2025. Before that, he was Chief Risk and Audit Officer at Astra from 2022 to 2025. Since joining the Jardine Matheson Group in 2012, he has held key leadership roles, including Finance Director of Astra Welab Digital Arta, Group Managing Director of Innovix Distribution, and Managing Director for Southeast Asia at JTH Holdings.

JC&C said Lee will lead group-wide financial planning, capital management, and investor relations, supporting the company’s strategic reviews and regional portfolio initiatives.
