Skyline II to acquire Spindex Industries

The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026.

Skyline II Private Limited has signed an agreement to acquire Spindex Industries Limited for $1.43 in cash per share by way of a scheme of arrangement.

Skyline II is jointly owned by a company controlled by Tan Choo Pie and an investment entity managed by PrimeMovers Equity.

Pie's company, Hong Wei Holdings, is also the majority shareholder of Spindex.

The transaction is subject to shareholders' court and regulatory approvals amongst other requirement and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026.
