Dairy Farm Road and Prince Charles Crescent awarded to highest bidders

For the Dairy Farm Road residential site, First Shine Properties Pte Ltd and Meadows Bright Development Pte Ltd won the bid with a tendered price of $244,318,000 or $6,630.61 psf given a maximum gross floor area (GFA) of 36,847 sqm. The site has an area of 17,545.8 sqm.

Meanwhile, for the Prince Charles Crescent residential site, Wingstar Investment Pte. Ltd., Metro Australia
Holdings Pte Ltd and Maxdin Pte Ltd won the bid with a tendered price of $516,298,888 or $10,336.31 psf given a maximum GFA of  49,950 sqm. The site has an area of 23,785.4 sqm.

The details were released by the Urban Redevelopment Authority on announcing the winning bids. Both land parcels were offered for sale on 99-year lease terms.
