There is a new real estate developer in town

Sim Lian Land Pte Ltd has incorporated a new company whose principal activity will be real estate development and investment holding.

The Board of Directors of Sim Lian Group Limited announced that the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Sim Lian Land Pte Ltd has incorporated Sim Lian (Focus) Pte. Ltd.

Meanwhile the incorporation is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated earnings and net tangible assets per share of Sim Lian Group and its subsidiaries for the current financial year ending 30 June 2013.
