Chart of the day: HDB rents rises by 1.5% MoM in July

Overall YoY rents increased by 19.1%.

This chart from SRX and 99.co showed that HDB rental prices increased by 1.5% month-on-month (MoM) in July, the 25th-month increase.    

Mature Estates rents increase by 2.5% whilst Non-Mature Estates rents increase by 0.4%. Meanwhile, 3 Room, 4 Room, 5 Room and Executive rents increase by 2.3%, 0.1%, 2.5% and 1.9%, respectively.

Compared to a year ago, HDB rents increased by 19.1%. Rents in mature estates rosed 18.7% YoY whilst non-mature estates increased by 18.3%.
