Condo resale prices jump 9.2% YoY in February

Across submarkets, OCR posted the highest year-on-year price increase.

Condo resale prices rebounded in February, rising 1.4% MoM and 9.2% YoY, data from 99.co and SRX showed.

Across submarkets, the Outside Central Region (OCR) posted the highest year-on-year increase in prices at 11.5%, followed by the Rest of Central Region (RCR) (7.3% YoY), and Core Central Region (CCR) (6.6% YoY).

The highest transacted price for a resale unit in February was $20.5m at Nassim Park Residences.

Meanwhile, the highest transacted price in the RCR is a unit at Reflections At Keppel Bay resold for $8.2m.

In the OCR, the highest transacted price was $3.7m for a unit at Waterfront Isle.
