Condo resale volume slips 0.6% MoM in January

Over 700 units got resold during the month.

The number of condo units resold in January 2024 hit 740, translating to a 0.6% MoM decline from December 2023’s record of 745 units.

The January 2024 volume, however, was 43.7% higher than the January 2023 record, according to 99.co and SRX.

The latest figure is also 0.4% higher than the five-year average volumes for January.

Of the total units resold during the month, 53.8% of the volumes were from the Outside Central Region (OCR), 27.3% from the Rest of Central Region (RCR) and 18.9% from the Core Central Region (CCR).
