COTD: Luxury CCR condo sales climb to 50 units in Q3

Of the 50 units, 29 were new sales, 20 were resales, and one was a subsale.

The number of condos in the Core Central Region (CCR) sold for at least $3,000 per square foot and $5m rose to 50 units in the third quarter, as compared to 32 in Q2, according to a Realion report.

Of the 50 units, 29 were new sales, 20 were resales, and one was a subsale.

The highest psf price unit was a 284-square-metre condo at The Marq on Paterson Hill, which sold for $6,274 psf in September.
